Are You a Crusader?

Want to really help your people, keep them around, and allow them to help many others?  Be a crusader!

What are the problems your products solve?  What are the positive changes people make when they work your system?  What about the benefits of becoming free because of the business?

Are you a crusader for these things?  Because when you are, your passion, devotion and belief becomes contagious to your team.  It no longer is about making calls, going to meetings or follow up.  It’s about righting an injustice, solving problems, and helping people.  And that gets team members excited!

No one likes to make calls.  But everyone likes to fight the forces of evil.  So put on your cape and tights and go to work!

Don’t talk money, talk freedom of choice to write the script of your own life. It works. People are not interested in talk about money but in talk about a life that fits their emotions.

  2. Great!

I’ve heard it said that what we are really “selling” is a life style!

There are many great products and services and companies in this business, but what we all should be offering is a “way” to live a great life style!

    Thanks Randy!

    Best,
    Bill

  3. Benjamin Kee says:

  5. Lynda Cromar says:

Wow thats a great way to put it. We really do have to be crusaders against the evil empire of the small mind-set of most people. Helping them get past the the attitude of wanting to be taken care of and being okay with just going to a no future job to come home and spend your life til you die in front of the tv.

  6. Natalie says:

NOW I know why you started networking again!

It’s one thing watching Ballet – to see everyone in tights…

It’s cos you wanted the EXPERIENCE of wearing tights!

  7. Mihaela says:

Right, we are working with people, for people. Our attitude , our belief , our determination are crucial in this work.
You are great Randy….by the way, me and my team we are in your team for few days. All of us are honored !

  8. Edward says:

    Hey Randy,

I agree. Everyone wants to live for something that is bigger than themselves and part of a team that is going to make it happen.

    Hey Randy ,
Here is a saying that i like.
“We shall neither fail nor falter; we shall not
    weaken or tire…
Give us the tools and we will finish the job.”
    ~Sir Winston Churchill~
My product can solve the problem in my niche
my advice is, don’t fight against those forces of evil ,
ignore it,in the time going it will disappear by
itself, because nobody search after it.

  10. Randy,

You hit the nail on the head when you asked, “What are the problems your products solve?”

When you focus on helping people solve their problems, everything else falls into place.

    Keep the good stuff coming!

    Brian

  11. Mark vidales says:

I’ve got my “The Incredibles” tights on right now as I type Randy! ;)

  12. Gina Koinski says:

I can actually picture you in tights and a cape Randy….now THERE’S a picture, lol! Anyway, better to be a crusader, than be a firefighter with a fire distinguisher strapped to your back, always putting out fires among your team!

BTW, may I wear heels too? Great post btw! : )

  13. Those willing to do today what others won’t WILL live tomorrow like others can’t.

That means “doing this business” . . . with passion.

    - Warren Little

  14. Tess Katz says:

I twirled around 3 times, tripped on my Wonder Woman heels and cape, but still managed to save a few people along the way from evil!

    Great message Randy

    Tess

  15. Paul Kemp says:

Right you are, Randy. Everyone wants to be part of something bigger than themselves, such as a crusade.

No-one is emotionally moved by the thought of vitamins, per se. We all know we need them, and there are so many brands to choose from. What makes the difference is the transference of a leader’s excitement and vision of the opportunity that our products provide if we work as a team, for a cause.

A great reminder about what’s really important in this business. Thanks!

  16. Irina says:

    Randy!
    I think, it’s very important! – Who are you?….
How much are you an attractive force?
You can lead your people to the best future,if you go there yourself!
The people will buy your passion, your devotion, your belief. It’s true!
Become more attractive! Tell people in all sincerity!
And everybody will believe you and than they will go to make
    THEIR HAPPINESS, THEIR SUCCESS!!!

    Thanks,Randy!

  17. Darlington says:

Well said Randy. Like Zig Ziglar would say; “you can have everything you want if you can help enough other people get what they want”.
When we switch to the crusader mindset and mentality, amazing things begin to happen.

  18. Jamie says:

Mr Gage – you know I would do mostly anything you ask of me in the name of our worthy mission to save the world.

But I draw the line. At cape & tights.

Having said that, I am sure you would stop traffic in them & we will get tremendous mileage in the press + all manner of social media. I await your photos.

(PS: Assuredly, I remain loyal to the cause, I’ll just do it in my usual outfits.)

  19. cliff Boxer says:

I believe the best leaders are crusaders! You have to create a revolution, you have to lead the charge, and you must keep clearing the path. What is your message, and why is that important to me?

  20. Godwin Nekus says:

    Yes, iam.

  21. Enrique says:
