I’m about to head out to the Network Marketing Mastermind event in Houston. And I’ll be doing the opening keynote. Here’s what I want to get across to the attendees there…
When I wrote The MLM Revolution, it was to help redefine our business and create a paradigm shift in the way we do things. Network Marketing is not an industry, it is a profession. And being a profession requires certain things. Some of those we’ve explored in the posts last week about the difference between amateurs and professionals.
But it’s also about something more. Something even bigger. It’s about leadership.
The thing that makes us a profession instead of an industry is because at our very core, we are about leadership development.
And that starts with leading ourselves. Only then can we lead others. So how are you doing on that?
