You are hitting the nail sqtraight on, it is surely the point that if corrected by proper support and coaching the leaders will see a lot more happy faces and a check that will have a surprising jump without having to present more to new people. A true servant leader shoud see to it that all is flock is at least earning an average of $500 + each month.
It should provide you with a lot of satisfaction and reconnaissance from your own people.
