Recruiting Study Points

The webinar last night went great.  Glad to have so many of you on it.  Here are the key study points to work on:

Know the difference between the Small Biz Model versus the Duplication Model.  Build for the latter.

Structure a Ladder of Duplication in Your Recruiting Pipeline:
•    Mass Market Tool
•    Home Meeting
•    Hotel Meeting
•    Large Conference Call or Webcast

Offer to everyone, but focus on your target demographic:
•    Go after the most busy, ambitious, successful people you know first
•    Don’t waste time trying to motivate prospects. Look for motivated people
•    30-55 years old is the “sweet spot”

Keep your candidate list “organic”
“Don’t know that many people” is a cop out

Do a “Major Blast”
•    Private Business Receptions
•    Email
•    Phone
•    Long Distance
•    Literature

Best Places to Find Quality Prospects
- Bookstores
- Public seminars
- Continuing Education classes
- Unity & Science of Mind churches
- Brushless car wash
Live life, meet people, add to your list

Making Your Message Relevant in Today’s Market
“Safe is the new risky”

I’m in San Diego doing a program tonight.  I’ll check in on the other side.
