Everybody’s looking for stars. Everyone wants to sponsor the next superstar.
This doesn’t happen that often. But I’ll tell you what you can do…
Stop looking for the next superstar. And decide to become one!

You attract who you are! =)
I love it Randy. Like I say when I hear people say ” I’m just looking for that one person that will build this business” or “I wish I could find someone like me that will do what needs to be done to win” I always ask. Is your sponsor still saying the same thing? Most of the time they don’t even get what I’m saying. Then I ask are you that person for your sponsor?
I want to be that for my sponsor. I want him to make more money from my business then he can spend. I want to be the person he’s thankful he sponsored for the rest of his life.
You see everyone is looking to sponsor that person when instead they should be more concerned with being that person. Then and only then will they find that person.
Keep the Dream alive Randy.

On-point & well-said. Salut!
Look in the mirror!
Thanks Randy for your mail.
I really likes your title, as for me always searching for the superstars but i never, never get it, I would like to be the superstar first but i don’t know how
to start with.
Start with personal development books on motivation and financialeducation and start listening to jim rohn “how to build youre nwm business”
OK! That works for me!
Awesome intervention thinking, Randy. Thanks!
Man, Randy you always have the perfect words to encourage someone! You can’t say it any better. I have to take a look at myself and be the man I know I could be. Thank u once again.
Randy, as a parent I learned early that children are more attentive to what you do more so than what you say. Throughout history, real leaders have always lead by their actions not merely by words and so-called motivational speeches. Good point to remember: the best way to help others to do better and work harder is to set an example worthy of following.
Yes, absolutely thrue ,superstar is question of the chance , but daily work is sure.
Have nice day to all.
I guess the key is to first become, and help others become along the way. Thanks for the tip.
Many thanks for this WONDERFULL post Randy !
Great piece of advice.
Hello mr.Randy G….Yes…first work,work,work..and believe..Hapy day… from greece..
Superstars was not born so,they are qualified to be stars. When someone wants to teach and sponsor his down- line to be a supestar, he has first of all to be himself a superstat.
Randy, thanks, I like this encouraging post. I also like this meditation ‘ I can do it and there is nothing to lose’
but that sounds like too much work!
I get it. I must become the star my sponsor needs then duplication of stars will follow.thank u
