You attract who you are! =)

  2. I love it Randy. Like I say when I hear people say ” I’m just looking for that one person that will build this business” or “I wish I could find someone like me that will do what needs to be done to win” I always ask. Is your sponsor still saying the same thing? Most of the time they don’t even get what I’m saying. Then I ask are you that person for your sponsor?

I want to be that for my sponsor. I want him to make more money from my business then he can spend. I want to be the person he’s thankful he sponsored for the rest of his life.

You see everyone is looking to sponsor that person when instead they should be more concerned with being that person. Then and only then will they find that person.

    Keep the Dream alive Randy.

Man, Randy you always have the perfect words to encourage someone! You can’t say it any better. I have to take a look at myself and be the man I know I could be. Thank u once again.

Randy, as a parent I learned early that children are more attentive to what you do more so than what you say. Throughout history, real leaders have always lead by their actions not merely by words and so-called motivational speeches. Good point to remember: the best way to help others to do better and work harder is to set an example worthy of following.
