good comment..
personally I will stick to my PPC campaigns that generates results for me than doing old-fashioned MLM ways that doesn't produce any results..
I don't believe also that there only 1 way of doing MLM..
But If you are doing a thing that doesn't produce results that you are expecting..
then I suggest that you must seek an alternative..

for me Old Fashioned MLM ways does not work..
but I found Intenet Marketing and applied it to my business.
Until today I generate 3-5 leads per day..

Much more I love sponsors that tell you how you can find people at every bus stop but in Google you find their ads on the first places everytime you enter "Earn money" "homebusiness" or anything like that.

And their downline wonders why it doesn´t work and why he has so many new guy every week.

Again I have to disagree with the totality of the post. I agree that there can be a steep learning curve with PPC. I agree that one can spend a lot of money with PPC. Randy doesn't teach PPC so of course he's not going to agree with it.

The things Randy talks about has worked for him phenomenally well and no one can argue with verifiable results.

However, I believe that in order to turn the tides we have to begin to look at other forms of marketing. This is almost like saying learning to use a computer is too hard and not duplicatable so we may as well not try.

Randy you may not buy the old school/new school stuff but I'm definitely new school.

P.S. You can build a huge business going door to door in almost any market but how many top Internet Marketers do you know (including yourself) who does not use more effective forms of marketing?

Randy, I agree with you. And don't misunderstand - those ways all work, and they all duplicate (eventually).

However, they don't duplicate because they're duplicable, they duplicate because you have a strong leadership and training culture in your organization.

I LIKE your training, and I use it - in fact, until I ran into your training a few years back I had a miserable time in MLM. It was your material that first got me making $5,000 a month - doing home meetings, hotel briefings, making lists, etc.

HOWEVER - these methods are NOT easier, or more duplicable than internet strategies. When I added internet strategies to the mix, my income grew by five times.

AND - making lists does not work big time for people unless they either have a huge sphere of influence full of powerful people, or they have an extremely skilled upline working hand in hand with them.

For example, most people I start, if I do a home meeting they'll recruit one, maybe two, and then you go down and then they recruit one or two, and then eventually you find a rockstar - but when I sponsored influential people - they would sponsor 20 who would sponsor 10, and I would find 5 rock stars.

Quite simply, the internet is a FANTASTIC tool to build relationships with massive amounts of influential people.

For example, I just had a person call me the other day who has mad more than a million dollars a year from three different businesses - he found my website, watched my presentation on marketing systems, and then gave me a call.

Now could a new person do that? No, of course not.

However, they can't do hotel meetings either. However, they could learn to do either in 3-6 months, and they'll sponsor more people if they focus on good lead generation strategies that are built around relationships - unless they're a person of great influence.

Doctors are duplicated by medical school.

Lawyers are duplicated by law school.

MLM leaders are duplicated by strong MLM training - whether it's doing meetings or doing PPC - it's all the same. It's the TRAINING that matters.
