What Is Full-Time?

Send to Kindle

The great thing about Network Marketing is that it is meant to be started part-time, with whatever business or job you currently have.  That’s the good news…

Here’s the bad news.  Or the really great news, depending on how you see it…

You can work part-time, but your passion has to be full-time.  Keep your passion at that level, and your part-time work will soon produce a better than full-time income.

And that’s what makes Network Marketing special.

  1. I’ve heard it said that you can work your business part-time, but you can’t work it sometime. Consistently part-time will become full-time pay.

  2. Tim Apple says:

My business is always on my mind. I easy sleep and breath it. The moment it’s not, I forget to communicate my opportunity to people.

  3. Bill E says:

Some days are full time and some days are part time. My wife and I went on a 2 week cruise and just let the business run itself. It was an island a day so every day we forwarded our leads to our top phone sales rep and she called the leads. When we give away our leads it’s that’s person leads and they get the sales and the signups. Was I running the business full time? I have to say yes because with leverage and the trust I have in my downline I just passed the responsibility on to them and the leads were responded to.

WORK??? I have fun doing this business and I tell people if you find a network marketing business that you love that you will never work another day in your life. My wife and I totally love the company we are with. I never thought it could be like this. I treat SEO (search engine optimization) like a game as it always changes. One of my best websites went from Google Search page 1 to over page 6. I’m now working to get it back to a better rank and in a couple of weeks or so it will be on page 1 or 2. Work,,, not really. Challenging fun and exciting is what network marketing is to us. Full time? I get so excited that I can’t sleep and find that 24 hours have passed me by as I work on this business. People, this is the honest truth, I can’t sleep if I get a good idea.

  5. And it´s really great, that you still earn money when you stopped working.

I am just earning € 100 per month but did nothing for more than two years.

Wow, which JOB can do this?

    Hi Randy,

Yes, I am very excited as I eat, sleep, walk and talk with only one goal in mind ie to
win the race. (Certainly, we do not run in a race hoping to lose). That is the competitive side of me and am still going over and over your Cds, Dvds, videos, reading material and also have fun going out (co curricular activities). One day, I will give you a surprise. Grace, grace!

Big congratulations on your new book, ‘Safe is the new Risky’ I am sure it will be a big hit.! Can’t wait to read it……..

    Blessings…………

These reminders are EXCELLENT. My temporary part time activity, is fueled by my full time Passion.

  11. Dave says:

    Hello everyone…

Wondering if I might attract some input from people since, when it comes to network marketing, each of you has more experience than this guy. I’m 50 and
am currently engaged with a small online business of my own and am looking to fortify my lifestyle with some balance by getting into a new opportunity. One-on-one skills with people is very good and customer service track record is excellent, some would say. However, most of my experience has been corresponding online with people and all my marketing efforts are such. Although I know more face-to-face experience (including phone, etc) is
what I’m in for, I’d really like to get my foot in the door with a program that will allow me to use my online experience more at the beginning. I’m not sure if this request is a tall one but I really would love input from folks, including what companies are likely to be considered a good fit for someone starting on the late side, along with experience I have up to now. Thank you in advance for your insights, as each and every one will be read : )

    Full time passion!!! Wow!

  13. I just have one question. When you build up your business to full time, aren’t you just trading a 40 hour a week job for a 60 hour per week business? Okay two questions. When does it become less than a 60 hour per week business?

  14. What I love about Network Marketing is if you work smart, even when you are “full time,” you don’t necessarily have to work 40 hours per week. Residual income is a powerful thing!

  15. Yeah your very right about marketing It should be nothing less than a full time passion and no more than a part time job. these days its hard to find a Biz opp out there these days that alows you to work the plan in this manner..

Yes you can work an oline business part-time but you much do something in your business every day. Being consistent makes the difference.

  17. James Hannan says:

Yes one of the greatest part of MLM business is that I can take it as my part time business and at the same time I can do my main day job or other business. But the line “Your passion has to be full-time” carries a deep meaning. So many people out there work full time but fails just because they works full time but their passion wasn’t. So I think passion is key to turn part time into full time.

    Thanks
    James

  18. Gene Louis says:

It does become an obsession. My business is constantly on my mind.

  19. Paul Beamon says:

I like what you’ve said here Randy, “You can work part-time, but your passion has to be full-time” How true this is!

Passion coupled with commitment is what it takes to produce good profit and growth in your business. Sometimes your passion can waver, and when it does it’s time to get into some inspirational videos, books, and webinars. Works a treat for getting fired up again.

    Paul

  20. Matt says:

  23. Chris Paulus says:

I agree .. The part time business I own, my blog, is my 50 hour a week passion and my job is 45. LOL hope to get it to 20 hours one day

  24. One-on-one skills with people is very good and customer service track record is excellent, some would say. However, most of my experience has been corresponding online with people and all my marketing efforts are such.
